University of Minnesota Graduate Work - Time & Interactivity (2000)
The following is a collection of experimental work created for the University of Minnesota's "Time & Interactivity" Graduate Program. At this time in 2000, video and other electronic media was a new medium used in the very Classical Fine Arts program at this institution. The following work was intended as a shift away from the norm to explore both the media and the style. Carissa was one of the two candidates admitted to this innovative and highly competitive Graduate Program. The work was exhibited in galleries and involved many spectators. Because the nature of this work was originally displayed in the form of spatial installations and projections, the original vision of the projects may be distorted on the 2 dimensional screen of a computer. Anyone interested in hearing more about the interactive video installations and work done here is encouraged to call for more information.
